Plain terms for working together.
These are the terms under which Gravity Øne provides its products and services. By buying from us or using this site, you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable on purpose.

What we deliver
Finished products and senior analysis, delivered in the window we agree.
We provide the Search Opportunity Snapshot, Full Market Map, Website Systems, Catalogue Transformation, Platform Migration, Search Growth, Content Terminal, Business Terminal first projects, and Relevant Mentions & Links work described in an accepted proposal. Each project is agreed before we start. Market data is estimated using tools such as Ahrefs, and we explain the limits. A senior specialist reviews our work before delivery.
Product and third-party boundaries
The accepted proposal defines the system, access, integrations and outside costs.
- Catalogue Transformation and Content Terminal. Catalogue imports, commerce or inventory integrations, operating views, access periods and ongoing support are included only where the accepted proposal names them.
- Business Terminal. This is a selective pilot. Data sources, integrations, approval steps and permitted actions are scoped individually; no autonomous action or third-party connection is included unless expressly agreed.
- Relevant Mentions & Links. We research and review relevant editorial opportunities. Publisher approval, placement, timing, continued publication, Google visibility and ranking impact are not guaranteed. PR, media, editorial and placement budgets are separate unless expressly included.
- Third-party services. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, outages or discontinued access in external platforms, APIs or publishers, although we will make reasonable efforts to adapt work that remains inside the agreed scope.
Payment, ownership, refunds
You pay as agreed, you own the agreed deliverables, and refunds follow the refund policy.
- Payment. Prices are one-time unless stated otherwise, taken through our payment processor. Optional layers, integrations, third-party services and add-ons are priced separately.
- Ownership. On full payment, the agreed deliverables we hand you are yours: reports, the built site and its files, and any other client-owned outputs named in the scope. We may show anonymised work as a sample unless you ask us not to.
- Refunds. Once analysis, a build, a migration milestone or another agreed deliverable is completed and delivered, that work is considered done. Separately purchased third-party placements have their own delivery rule. The full terms are on our refund policy.
The usual basics
Reasonable use, reasonable limits, Estonian law.
Use the site and our work lawfully and as intended. We do not take on anything illegal, so please do not ask. We provide our work in good faith and to a senior standard, but to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the work in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If anything here needs clarifying, ask us before you buy.
