Plain terms for working together.

These are the terms under which Gravity Øne provides its products and services. By buying from us or using this site, you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable on purpose.

What we deliver

Finished products and senior analysis, delivered in the window we agree.

We provide the Market Map and its optional layers, the Main Street Website, Platform Migration, and link placements, as described on this site. Each is scoped before we start. The market data we use is estimated, tool grade (for example Ahrefs), and we are open about that. Our work is delivered in the stated timeframe and reviewed by a senior specialist before it ships.

Payment, ownership, refunds

You pay once, you own your deliverables, and refunds follow the refund policy.

Payment. Prices are one-time unless stated otherwise, taken through our payment processor. Optional layers and add-ons are priced separately.
Ownership. On full payment, the deliverables we hand you are yours: the report, the built site and its files, the placements. We may show anonymised work as a sample unless you ask us not to.
Refunds. Once work is delivered in the agreed window it is considered done. Link placements are the exception. The full terms are on our refund policy.

The usual basics

Reasonable use, reasonable limits, Estonian law.

Use the site and our work lawfully and as intended. We do not take on anything illegal, so please do not ask. We provide our work in good faith and to a senior standard, but to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the work in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If anything here needs clarifying, ask us before you buy.
