Who we want

People with proof, or with a conviction they can prove.

A real track record is the clearest signal. So is a clear, opinionated answer to the hard question: how would you make senior-grade web and search work repeatable, at the press of a button, without it turning into a template? If you have built that kind of thing, or you can see exactly how to, that is who we are looking for.

How this works

We will not teach you. We expect you to teach us.

This is not a junior role and it is not a training program. You come in senior, and your job is to make us, and above all our model, better than it was.

You will work on real, current clients, and you will widen the range of work the system can do, so it produces less templated and more considered output over time. We are looking for people who push the standard up, not people who need it explained.
