Refunds, in plain terms.
Almost everything we sell is analysis and finished work. Once it is delivered, it is done, and you can no more un-receive a market read than you can un-hear advice you paid for. The one exception is link placements, which we refund when we cannot deliver them. Here is exactly how it works.

The principle
The guarantee is a senior's signature, not a money-back clause.
The value is in the thinking, and by the time it reaches you the thinking is finished. So instead of a refund clause we give you something worth more: every report and every build is reviewed and signed by a senior specialist before it ships, and if you ever find a real error, we fix it or redo it for free. That standard stands behind everything except links.
By product
Two rules. Finished work is done. Only link placements come back.
- Market Map (with the Growth Model and Engagement layers). We read hundreds of competitors, every one with traffic or revenue, so we rarely miss anything. Once it is delivered, the analysis is done and is not refundable. Point out a mistake, and once we confirm it we redo that part at no charge.
- Main Street Website. You approve a free preview of your homepage before you pay a cent, so you decide with the work in front of you. Once the site is built and the files are yours, there is nothing to refund. You own it outright.
- Platform Migration. Scoped and priced to your site. If we do not deliver the migration, you do not pay for it. If we do, the rebuilt, measurable site is the work, and the work is done.
- Media Coverage. The one thing we refund. In the rare case we genuinely cannot place your link, your money comes back. Far more often we simply swap in a stronger placement by the numbers, so it never gets that far.
If something is off
Tell us. If we confirm it, we make it right.
A factual error, a missing piece, something that does not match what we promised: email us. We check it, and if we agree, we fix it or redo it. A senior standing behind the work is what replaces a refund on everything but link placements.
