Keep the data useful. Keep the handling explicit.
This policy explains what Gravity One collects through the public website and project work, why we need it, which outside services may process it and how to request access or deletion.

Public website and enquiries
We collect the information you choose to send and limited technical usage data.
- Project assessment. Name, work email, company, domain, market, budget range and the project context you enter. The public form prepares an email in your own mail application; it does not create a hidden account or automated sales profile.
- Direct communication. Information included in email, calls, proposals and agreed project documentation.
- Website operation. Standard technical logs and, where enabled, aggregate analytics such as device, browser, referral and page usage.
- Payments. Payment providers process payment details. Gravity One does not store complete card details.
Project data
Client information is used only for the agreed analysis, build, operation and support.
A project may require website content, search and analytics exports, catalogue files, platform access, CRM or product data, and communication records. The accepted proposal defines the systems and purposes in scope. Access is limited to the people and tools needed for that work and should be removed or transferred at handover when it is no longer required.
Processors and retention
Outside services are selected for a job, with limited access.
- Hosting, email, analytics, search-data, payment, content-management and AI providers may process the minimum information required for their role.
- Confidential client data is not sold and is not used for advertising targeting.
- Records are retained for delivery, security, accounting, contractual and legal needs, then removed or anonymised when those needs end.
- Search volumes, traffic values and competitive datasets are generally third-party estimates and do not identify individual users.
Your rights and contact

Where applicable under Estonian and EU law, you can request access, correction, restriction, portability or deletion, and object to processing. Some records may need to remain for legal or accounting reasons. Email info@gravityone.agency with the subject “Privacy”.
